The variety is the result of crossing Merzling and Geisenheim 6494, containing genetic material of Vitis vinifera with the influence of Vitis amurensis. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth and upright shoots. The leaves are elongated, weakly lobed, 5–7-lobed, with a reticulate-wrinkled surface. The flower is hermaphroditic.

The ripening period is early-mid. The bunches are small, dense, cylindrical or cylindrical-conical in shape, often with a wing. The berries are small, round, white, with juicy flesh and a neutral taste. The variety is distinguished by high yield.

The variety possesses high resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew, with frost resistance reaching -30°C. The wines are characterized as full-bodied and elegant, with notes of apple, citrus, and exotic fruits in the aroma.
