The variety is a natural genetic mutation of Pinot Gris and belongs to the Pinot family. The vine has medium vigor, and shoots mature well. Compact conical clusters weighing 100–110 g consist of rounded or oval yellowish-green berries with thin skin.

The plant belongs to early or mid-season ripening varieties, preferring deep limestone soils and sunny slopes. The variety is heat-loving, considered winter hardy, but susceptible to fungal diseases.

The grapes are used in winemaking to create wines of various styles: from light to full-bodied, including dessert wines. The flavor profile includes notes of peach, apple, citrus, flowers, and almond, with pastry tones and an oily texture often appearing during aging.
