The variety was bred in Serbia as an interspecific hybrid involving Riesling and the Bianca variety. The plant is characterized by medium vine vigor and belongs to the mid-season maturity group. The variety is suitable for cultivation using short pruning.
The grapes have pronounced resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew and are not prone to rotting, which allows for its use in organic viticulture. This wine grape variety is used for the production of white wines, which retain acidity and possess a restrained aroma.
