Variety description

The variety has a very late ripening period, requiring good sun exposure and optimal growing conditions. Leaves are large, three- or five-lobed. Bunches are medium-sized, cylindrical-conical in shape, and moderately dense. Berries are medium-sized, ovoid, black-violet in color with thick skin and waxy bloom.

The plant possesses good resistance to fungal diseases, although it can be susceptible to powdery mildew. The variety is distinguished by stable high productivity and is an important component of wines in regional appellations. The resulting wines have medium body and soft tannins with pronounced notes of cherry, berries, flowers, and spices.
