The variety is a wine grape cultivar with medium vine vigor and high, stable yields. Clusters are characterized by compactness, which makes the variety susceptible to the risk of Botrytis cinerea, although it is generally considered hardy and well-adapted to hot summer conditions.
In vinification, it is used primarily for creating blends, lending them freshness and balanced acidity. The variety is used in the production of high-quality sparkling and still white wines. Monovarietal samples exhibit aromas of citrus, green apple, white flowers, as well as mineral and nutty tones.
