The variety has medium shoot vigor. Bunches are medium, weighing 180–300 g, conical or cylindrical-conical in shape, of medium density. Berries are small, about 13 mm in diameter, round, dark blue in color with a waxy bloom. Ripening occurs by the end of September.

The plant is distinguished by good winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to -23...-25 °C. Resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray mold is rated as increased for the species; however, the variety may require powdery mildew prophylaxis. It is undemanding regarding soil; planting in areas with excess nitrogen is not recommended.

Intended for creating high-quality red wines of intense ruby color with notes of blueberry, plum, cherry, chocolate, and spices. Characterized by soft tannins, high aging potential, and the ability to accumulate a lot of sugar for the production of naturally sweet wines.
