The variety is historical and rare; its origin has not been established. The name refers to the shape of the berries, resembling a goat's udder, and is applied to a number of different varieties. Geisdutte Weisse has about 65 synonyms, including Beli Zezek, Coda di Vacca, and others.
The vine is vigorous; leaves are large, cuneiform, three-lobed, slightly dissected, with dense cobwebby pubescence on the underside. Clusters are large, cylindrical, with 1–2 wings, loose or of medium density. Berries are white, oval, covered with a thick waxy bloom, and have fleshy-juicy pulp and a simple flavor.
The yield of the variety is characterized as unstable and often low. Resistance to fungal diseases and frost is assessed as medium. Currently, the variety is extremely rare, found mainly in collections of historical varieties.
