Variety description

The variety has medium vigor and good shoot maturation. Leaves are medium-sized, rounded, five-lobed and deeply dissected, with a rugose-reticulate surface. Bunches are small or medium, compact, cylindrical in shape. Berries are medium, rounded, greenish-yellow, acquiring a golden hue upon ripening.

The variety ripens in mid-August and is characterized by medium yield. Sugar content of the juice is 17–20 g/100 cm³, acidity is 6–7 g/dm³. The variety is characterized by sensitivity to downy mildew, grey mold and winter frosts, as well as a risk of damage by spring frosts due to early bud burst.

Wine materials from this variety are used for producing sparkling and table wines, characterized by soft acidity and aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit, as well as herbaceous and muscat tones.
