Variety description

The vine is of medium vigor with upright shoots. Leaves are medium-sized, rounded, almost entire, dark green; during the ripening period, the leaves, shoots, and rachises turn an intense red color. The bunch is medium-sized, conical, winged, ranging from medium-dense to loose. The berry is medium, ovoid, dark blue, almost black, with thick, firm skin and juicy flesh.

The variety is characterized by high and stable yields. It is noted for its lack of frost and fungal disease resistance and is susceptible to phytoplasmas. During cultivation, there may be issues with graft incompatibility when using the Kober 5BB rootstock. It prefers a dry climate and medium-textured, fresh, non-waterlogged soils.
