Listan Blanco is the local name for the Palomino Fino variety. The variety is adapted to hot growing conditions and is particularly widespread in the Canary Islands, where it exhibits characteristic properties under the influence of volcanic soils.
The variety is classified as a wine grape and is used exclusively in winemaking. Its wines possess moderate acidity, notes of citrus, apples, pears, as well as herbaceous and floral nuances. Due to the grape's susceptibility to oxidation, the variety requires specific approaches during vinification.
