The variety has medium vine vigor. Leaves are medium-sized, round, three- or five-lobed. Clusters are medium or small, conical in shape, ranging from medium-dense to loose. Berries are medium-sized, round, greenish-yellow in color, acquiring a golden-brown hue when fully ripe, with thin skin and juicy flesh.
The vegetation period from bud burst to ripening is about 146–149 days. The variety is demanding of growing conditions, ripening well on sunny slopes and poor stony soils. It is characterized by low frost resistance, sensitivity to waterlogging, wind, and grey rot (Botrytis cinerea), and requires crop load management.
Grape juice is distinguished by moderate acidity and high sugar content. Wines produced from this variety have a dense structure and potential for long aging.
