Marzemina bianca B. is an indigenous Italian grape variety whose history can be traced back to 1679. Genetic studies have confirmed that it originated from the natural cross-breeding of the Marzemino and Garganega varieties.

The variety is classified as a wine grape, characterized by late maturity and low yield. The plant is susceptible to both types of mildew. The grapes are used to create varietal wines, sparkling versions, and blends in the DOC category, where it imparts fruity notes of hay, flowers, citrus, and green apple to the beverages.
