Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to autochthonous Italian types of late maturity, with harvest often occurring in October. The crop is characterized by low yield and is considered difficult to cultivate, while showing resistance to downy mildew.

Morphologically, the grape is distinguished by dense clusters and dark, almost black berries with thick skin. Wines from this variety possess saturated color, pronounced tannins, moderate acidity, and an aromatic profile with notes of dark berries, spices, and flowers.
