The variety was obtained by crossing INRA 7489 and Pearl of Csaba and is part of the Ampelia line of resistant varieties. The plant has moderate vigor; shoot type varies from semi-erect to horizontal. Cultivation on trellises using short or long pruning is permitted.

Bunches are medium-sized, loose, weighing 200–300 g. Round berries weighing 2.5–3 g have a golden color, a rather thick skin, and juicy flesh with a muscat flavor. The variety is characterized by high fruitfulness, but is prone to flower/berry drop.

The grapes are distinguished by high resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray mold, which allows for minimizing chemical treatment. The frost resistance of the variety is in the range of down to -15...-22°C. The plant is adapted to various conditions; grafting is required for cultivation.
