Pinot blanck belongs to early to mid-season maturity varieties. The plant is a vine, the height of which is regulated in cultivation by agrotechnical methods and is usually 1.5–2 meters. The variety is sensitive to fungal diseases, such as downy mildew and powdery mildew, and requires systematic care.

When grown on terraced slopes, yield is limited to 3000–4000 kg per hectare to ensure high quality of raw materials. Harvesting is carried out manually. In cool climate conditions, wines from this variety have high acidity, notes of apple, pear, and floral undertones.
