Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the mid-late group; the growing season lasts 140–150 days. The bushes have medium vigor and form small, dense clusters resembling a pine cone. The dark blue berries have a round shape, juicy flesh, and thin but tough skin.

The variety has medium winter hardiness (down to -19...-21°C) and is sensitive to overheating, which hinders the full development of aromatics. Resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew is rated as medium, while the variety has low resistance to gray mold.

The grapes accumulate a moderate amount of sugar (20–21 Brix) with an acidity of 7.5–8 g/l. Wine quality is highly dependent on the terroir, providing a variety of aromatic characteristics, including notes of wild berries, cherry, raspberry, and truffles.
