The variety is an ancient Western European variety, likely a mutation of Savagnin blanc. Use — technical: production of table and dessert wines, sparkling wine base, and juices. The bunch is small, cylindro-conical, and medium density. Berries are medium-sized, rounded, grayish-pink or light-pink in color with a waxy bloom and thick skin. The flower is hermaphroditic.

The variety is weak to medium-growing, requiring moderate or long pruning. The ripening period varies from 139 to 155 days. Resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and grey rot is low; winter hardiness is -19...-22 °C. Plants are trained on trellises. The variety has high potential for sugar accumulation and requires monitoring of harvest dates due to a rapid decrease in acidity.
