The variety is a hybrid of the varieties Pizzutello bianco and Prune de Cazouls. The vines are characterized by strong or above-average vigor, satisfactory cane maturation, and high yield. The bunches are medium to large in size, conical in shape, and medium-dense or loose.
The berries are medium to large in size, elongated-oval spindle-shaped with a pointed tip, and covered with a waxy bloom. The skin color varies from violet-red to black; the flesh is meaty and juicy, with a harmonious taste. The variety has excellent transportability, but low resistance to frost and fungal diseases.
