Variety description

The variety is a clone of the Chasselas rouge grape. The bunches are medium-sized, conical in shape, ranging from loose to compact. Berries are medium-sized, round, red or pinkish in color with a light bloom, possessing thin but firm skin.

The berry flesh is juicy, fleshy, and melting, with a neutral taste. The ripening period occurs in the first half of September. The variety possesses satisfactory winter hardiness, drought tolerance, and low susceptibility to bunch rot, with moderate sensitivity to powdery mildew.

The produce is suitable for transport and storage. Wine produced from this variety is characterized by lightness, freshness, harmonious acidity, and fruity aromas, and is often used in blends.
