Planta Mula, also known by the synonyms Rucial de Mula and Valencí negro, is an ancient grape variety of the Vitis vinifera L. species. The origin of the variety remains undetermined.

The variety has black-colored berries and reaches maturity in mid-season, approximately by mid-September. Studies show moderate susceptibility of the plant to downy mildew.

The variety is classified as a table grape, but can also be used for wine production. It is valuable for the preservation of genetic diversity and is being studied in the context of adaptation to climate change.
