The variety is an intraspecific hybrid of Vitis vinifera L., obtained from crossing the Emperor and Sultana Moscata varieties. The growing season is 135–150 days. The vines are characterized by vigorous growth.
The clusters of the variety are very large, conical in shape, moderately dense, and reach a mass of 800 g to 1.5 kg. The berries, weighing 4–7 g, have a round or slightly oval shape and a color ranging from pink-red to burgundy. The flesh is firm and crunchy.
The variety has low resistance to downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola), powdery mildew (Oidium tuckeri), and frost (down to –15...–18 °C). The berries are resistant to cracking and are suitable for long-term storage (up to 2.5 months) and drying. To obtain large berries, cluster thinning, girdling, and gibberellin treatment are used.
