Variety description

The vines have medium vigor, the flower is hermaphroditic. The leaf is medium-sized, five-lobed, medium-dissected, with a closed petiolar sinus. The cluster is medium-sized, cylindrical in shape, and of medium density. Berries are medium-sized, round, greenish-yellow in color, acquiring a golden hue upon full maturity.

The variety is productive, well-adapted to the Mediterranean climate, and prefers hilly terrain. It requires yield regulation to produce high-quality raw material. It is used for the production of a wide range of wines: from dry and sparkling to dessert wines.

Wines from this variety are characterized by high acidity, freshness, minerality, and aging potential. The aromatic profile is dominated by notes of citrus, green apple, flowers, and a characteristic hint of bitter almond.
