The variety belongs to the late-ripening category. The vine possesses high frost resistance, and late bud burst allows the plant to avoid spring frosts. At the same time, the variety is sensitive to fungal diseases such as powdery mildew and grey mold, and is also prone to coulure.
Bunches are of medium size and dense. Berries are small, 12–14 mm in diameter, round in shape, have a greenish-white or yellowish color and are covered with a waxy bloom. The variety is intended for the production of various types of white wines, from dry to dessert, including late-harvest wines and ice wines.
