The Brokat variety is a German aroma hop variety. In international IHGC classifications, it is registered under the code BRK, and is also known by the breeding number UR1.

In specialized hop industry reports, the variety is mentioned primarily as an object for monitoring and accounting. Detailed morphological descriptions, such as maturity dates or disease resistance indicators, are absent in open publications.
