10 August 2026
The variety was bred through selection from the progeny of Agnus, Magnum, and Premiant varieties. The yield is 1500–2000 kg/ha, which corresponds to an indicator of about 2.11 kg per plant. The variety shows resistance to drought conditions.
The alpha-acid content is 9.0–14.0%, beta-acids 5.0–6.5%, and cohumulone 27–32%. The total essential oil content is in the range of 1.5–2.5 ml/100 g with a predominance of myrcene. The aromatic profile includes cinnamon, herbal, floral, and citrus notes.
The variety is intended for the first and second hopping additions during boiling, as well as for dry hopping. It is used primarily in the production of lagers due to the combination of intense bitterness and expressive aroma.
