The variety was obtained by crossing English and European breeding material, with the First Gold variety in its pedigree. It belongs to the category of dwarf varieties intended for cultivation on trellises approximately 3 meters high and is characterized by early maturity.

The chemical composition of the cones includes 3–8.5% alpha acids, 2–4.5% beta acids, and 0.6–1.5 g/100 g of total oil, with a cohumulone content of 19–26% of alpha acids. The aromatic profile of the variety is rated as medium-intense and complex.

The variety is intended for late hopping of beer, including dry hopping of ales. According to research results, it has medium resistance to Verticillium wilt.
