ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The trees of the variety have medium to low vigor with an upright crown, which allows for use in intensive plantings. Leaves are short and flat, grey-green in color. Small fruits with a weight of up to 2 g have an oval or "root-like" shape, changing color from whitish to reddish-purple during the ripening process.
The variety is characterized by slow ripening and firm fruit attachment to the branches, which complicates mechanized harvesting. The oil obtained from the fruits is characterized by a balance of pungency and bitterness with distinct notes of tomato, green banana, mint, and herbs, as well as a high content of antioxidants.
