The Capanace variety, also known by the synonyms Capanacce or Raspulluta, is an autochthonous Corsican olive cultivar. It was formed through folk selection and is adapted to the conditions of the Cap Corse region, including dry and stony soils.

It belongs to the late-harvest varieties, with the harvest traditionally continuing from autumn to spring. The fruits are used to produce oil possessing characteristic organoleptic properties, such as texture and notes of almond, artichoke, dried fruits, or apple.

The variety has ambiguous identification due to an abundance of local synonyms, as a result of which EU documentation sometimes indicates the need for genetic verification.
