ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree has medium vigor and a spreading crown with lanceolate leaves of medium length and width. The fruits are relatively large, oval or spherical in shape, sometimes with a wrinkled surface. The pit has a rounded apex, a pointed base, a rough surface, and separates easily from the flesh in mature fruits.
The variety is self-incompatible, requires time to reach full maturity, and is vulnerable to the olive fruit fly and sooty mold. When ripe, the fruits turn black or dark purple and are distinguished by a mild taste. The resulting oil has a delicate fruity profile with notes of almond, butter, and green tomato.
