Variety description

The tree has low vigor, an open crown shape, and reaches a height of 4–6 meters. The leaves are elliptic-lanceolate in shape and gray-green in color. The fruits are medium to large in size, spherical or oval in shape, and turn dark purple or black upon ripening.

The variety adapts to various soil types and possesses high drought tolerance. The fruits detach easily from the branches, which facilitates mechanized harvesting. The plant shows resistance to the olive fruit fly and tuberculosis, but is susceptible to verticillium wilt. It is considered a self-fertile variety, however, the presence of pollinators increases yield stability.
