Variety description

The tree is characterized by medium vigor, dense foliage, and a spreading crown. Leaves are medium-sized, elliptical, and flat. The fruits are large, weighing 4.5–5 g, with a spherical, symmetrical shape and a rounded protrusion at the apex. The surface of the fruits is covered with large lenticels and turns black upon full ripening.

The variety is considered late; harvesting is carried out from December to January or February. Productivity is medium; the variety is partially self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinators. Resistance to major pathogens, including the olive fruit fly, peacock spot, and bacterial gall, is rated as medium.
