The Tosca 07 variety is characterized by medium-low vigor, which simplifies crown formation in modern intensive cultivation systems. It belongs to the early-ripening varieties, which allows harvesting before the onset of frost, and demonstrates resistance to cold and drought.

The plant is distinguished by its ability to enter fruit-bearing early and its good adaptability to mechanized harvesting. The resulting Extra Virgin category oil possesses a balanced taste with pronounced fruity notes, a high level of pigments, and alpha-tocopherol.
