The tree grows moderately vigorously, reaching 3–5 meters in height. The crown is formed as broad-conical or rounded, with stiff, often upward-growing branches. The variety is partially self-fertile; for increased yield, it is recommended to plant it near other cherry or sweet cherry varieties.
The fruits are heart-shaped or broadly kidney-shaped and have dark red shiny skin. The flesh is soft, juicy, and sweet, with pink juice. Ripening is early, in the period from late June to early July, and is often extended over 3–4 weeks.
The plant possesses good frost resistance of wood and buds, and is also characterized by good resistance to major cherry diseases. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption and for processing.
