The tree is of medium vigor, characterized by good winter hardiness of flower buds and high adaptability to growing conditions. The variety is self-fertile and produces abundant and regular yields. Fruits ripen at the end of the second to the beginning of the third ten-day period of June.
Fruits are small, with a mass of 3–4 g, and round in shape. The skin, flesh, and juice are dark red. The flesh is juicy, semi-firm, and has a tart-sour taste. The fruits tolerate transportation well and are suitable for mechanical harvesting.
Due to its technological qualities, the variety is widely used in the processing industry for the production of juices and compotes. The fruits are also in demand in frozen and lyophilized form.
