Oblacsinszka is a local form (landrace) of sour cherry originating from the region of the former Yugoslavia. The variety is actively used in breeding research and is included in the national variety register of Hungary.
The fruits are characterized by a high content of polyphenols, anthocyanins, and flavonoids, as well as optimal sugar composition indices and nectar characteristics. The variety is used in horticulture and the processing industry, serving as an object for the study of genetic kinship and biochemical parameters.
