Annas Platinum is a vigorous evergreen shrub with a hemispherical spreading crown. By the age of ten, the plant reaches a height of 1,4–1,5 m. A distinctive feature of the variety is its elliptical leathery dark green leaves, which possess a stable white margin that persists throughout the entire life cycle.

The flowers of the variety are large, funnel-shaped, and colored violet with a golden pattern on the upper petal. Flowering occurs in May, and inflorescences form at the tips of the shoots. The plant is characterized by high winter hardiness down to -26…-30°C and belongs to climate zone 5b.

Cultivation requires semi-shaded areas with acidic, moderately moist, humus-rich soils. The variety is intended for landscape design, including group plantings and placement in heather beds or under the crowns of coniferous trees.
