Kokořín is a compact evergreen shrub reaching a height of about 120 cm and a width of 130 cm. The plant has large, oblong, dark green matte leaves and retains a dense shape after flowering ends.
Flowering occurs from the second half of May to the beginning of June. Large flowers with a diameter of 7.5 cm have a lilac-purple hue with a lighter center and a contrasting pattern on the upper petal. The variety is characterized by reliable frost resistance down to -24°C and good disease resistance.
