The variety was developed at the breeding center in Martonvásár. Studies note its responsiveness to the application of mineral fertilizers, with yield figures in a number of trials varying from 8.6 to 8.9 t/ha.

The genetic profile of the variety includes the dwarfing genes Rht-B1b and Rht-D1b. In phytopathological studies, the resistance of the variety to rust was examined; in particular, the presence of 1BL.1RS translocations, characteristic of the Martonvásár breeding program, was noted.
