The variety is characterized by good baking qualities and high gluten content in the grain. Research was conducted on the composition of high-molecular and low-molecular weight glutenins of this variety.

The plant possesses resistance to the powdery mildew pathogen and leaf rust; in particular, it contains resistance markers such as Lr34. Genetically, the variety possesses the dwarfing gene Rht-D1b.

The purpose of the variety is for use in breeding programs to improve grain quality and increase resistance to pathogens, as well as for use as an object for scientific research and comparison in genetic collections.
