Carcajolo Blanc is a white wine grape variety with a medium maturity group and perfect flowers. The leaf is dark green, deeply lobed with 5–9 lobes. The variety is characterized by high yield but has low sugar accumulation potential; it is used for the production of wines with high acidity and moderate alcohol content. It is susceptible to grey mold and powdery mildew.

Carcajolo Noir is a red wine grape variety identical to the Parraleta variety. It has a medium or medium-late maturity group, perfect flowers, and rounded five-lobed leaves with dense pubescence on the underside. The variety is characterized by low yield and lack of resistance to fungal diseases and frost. It is used to create full-bodied wines with deep color and high phenolic content.
