The variety is native to the Loire Valley in France. Young leaves have a bronze hue with arachnoid pubescence, and the leaf surface is bullate. Mature leaves are predominantly entire or three-lobed, with an open lyre-shaped petiole sinus.
Bunches are cylindrical-conical, compact, and medium-sized. Berries are rounded, juicy, and grayish-pink in color with a golden sheen. The variety is an early-ripening type, susceptible to Botrytis cinerea, and short vine pruning is recommended for cultivation.
