The variety is characterized by vigorous vine growth and perfect flowers. The leaf is rounded, five-lobed, almost entire, with slight tomentose pubescence on the underside. The bunch is medium, conical, and of medium density. The berries are small or medium, rounded, greenish-white in color with a waxy bloom and firm, thin skin.
The plant possesses above-average yield. The variety is susceptible to downy mildew and powdery mildew, but is resistant to Botrytis cinerea, which allows bunches to be left on the vine for a long time to accumulate sugar. The firm berry skin contributes to the preservation of high acidity levels, which is important for the production of both dry and dessert wines.
