The variety is a clone of Kadarka selected in the Szekszárd region. It is genetically related to the Csókaszőlő variety. The plant is characterized by vigorous shoot growth and larger leaves compared to classic Kadarka.

The clusters and berries of this clone are significantly smaller, and the cluster structure is looser, which provides increased resistance to rot. The variety demonstrates good sugar accumulation and is intended for the production of high-quality red wines with a full-bodied structure and complex aroma.
