The variety is late-maturing and has a low yield. The grape is characterized by a certain resistance to diseases; in particular, its susceptibility to downy mildew has been studied.

The plant is well adapted to local climatic conditions and is capable of accumulating a high level of sugar. At present, the variety is considered minor, and its small plantings are in the process of study and conservation.
