The variety belongs to the Pelorsien eco-geographical group and is a natural hybrid. The leaf is small, round-kidney shaped, and five-lobed. The flower is hermaphroditic, and the variety is self-pollinating. Clusters are small or medium, conical, often winged, ranging from dense to loose. Berries are small or medium, oval or ellipsoid, ranging from greenish-white to golden-yellow in color, with a very thick skin.
The variety is of mid to late ripening period. It possesses good resistance to grey mold (Botrytis cinerea), but has weak resistance to powdery mildew (Oidium) and downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola). The grapes are primarily used for white wines, which are characterized by high alcohol content, structure, good acidity, and an aromatic profile.
