The grape variety Azargon, also known as Coloraillo, is a representative of the Vitis vinifera species. It is used exclusively as a wine grape variety for wine production.

The berries of the variety have a pink color. When studied under water stress conditions, the variety demonstrated low acidity and low aromatic potential, especially under irrigation, and often failed to reach full maturity.
