The grape vine has medium vigor. Young leaves at bud burst have a copper-green color, they are shiny and smooth on both sides. Mature leaves are five-lobed.

The variety has frost resistance down to –20 °C. Depending on growing conditions, it may show sensitivity to low temperatures during the winter period regarding the viability of the buds.
