Kurtelaška Bijela, also known by the synonyms Kurtelaška, Kortola, Kortolaška and Kurtolaška, is an autochthonous wine grape variety characteristic of Central and Southern Dalmatia in Croatia. It is typically used in blends, where it serves as a companion variety for the Vugava grape variety.
The variety belongs to the very late ripening group. The clusters are characterized by a large size and a pyramidal shape. The berries have a round shape, medium or large size, and yellow-green skin. The plant has a perfect flower, pollinates regularly, and is distinguished by high yields.
The variety has medium resistance to diseases, while during the ripening period it shows sensitivity to grey mold under high humidity. The must quality is 18–20% sugar and 6–7‰ total acids.
