The variety is vigorous and high-yielding. Its medium-sized bunches consist of berries with thick skin. The crop is characterized by high resistance to powdery mildew, moderate resistance to downy mildew and gray mold, with noted sensitivity to spider mites.
The grapes produce straw-colored wines with moderate acidity and a fresh taste. Due to the low fertility of basal buds, the variety requires a specific approach to the pruning system. Currently, the variety is considered rare and is found mainly in the vicinity of Bologna, Modena, and Ravenna.
