Variety description

The variety is a hybrid of Vitis vinifera × V. labrusca, obtained in 1995. The vine is vigorous, with fertility estimated at 1.3. For cultivation, semi-long pruning to 6–8 buds is recommended.

Berries are large, over 22 mm in diameter, have a pink-green bicolor coloration and a sugar content from 19° Brix. The maturity group is medium. The fruits have good keeping quality, reaching 6 weeks.

Flavor qualities are described as tropical, with notes of mango and the possible presence of an aftertaste characteristic of labrusca varieties. In some cases, uneven pollination of clusters and the presence of seeds in berries are observed.
